Getting rare to find in good condition and this is a well-maintained example with thousands spent on it. Genuine reason for sale (unfortunately! – will be missed!)
Service History with 13 Previous Stamps all from Audi dealership and specialist Audi garages including ‘Unit 20’ (Audi RS specialists). Receipts and invoices for all work and maintenance carried out under my ownership. Owned since Feb2015, used regularly and as main family vehicle, very reliable with no notable issues. Leather RS service book holder. 2 keys. All usual RS6 Avant features.
Upgrades/Other features - Stereo upgraded to Pioneer AVIC-F80DAB (Apple Airplay/Auto Android) – but willing to remove and replace with original head unit (CD player/ TV / Nav system / CD autochanger x6) to reduce car price.
Original suspension upgrade carried out to resolve DRC (Dynamic Road Control) issues, Miltek exhaust (Cat back) fitted by ‘Unit 20’ (Audi specialists) in 2010 – fantastic sound. 19in Anthracite alloy wheels recently professionally refurbished (25/02/19), Battery warranty until 11/2020. New rear pads and callipers, power steering system refurbishment, Lambda sensors replaced, ECU replaced, fuel tank sensors replaced, recent headlight refurbishment, front suspension arms replaced.
BOSE Sound System including sub/w, electric folding aluminium door mirrors, internal mirror - automatic dipping rear view heated front & rear seats, air lumber support, carbon inlays, tinted windows, Alcantara headlining, paddle shift on steering wheel, xenon headlights, ISOFIX bracket fitted to rear n/s position.
Last serviced and MOT on 19/03/2019 at 95,717 miles. Key milestones met from service record, long life services carried out – Timing belt replaced at 35,683 & at 77,401 with water pump and cam belt tensioners.
Running costs; £325p/yr. Tax, achieve 25-27mpg on the motorway with cruise control at a sensible speed, significantly dropping around town and on short trips and when true potential is utilised.
Minor jobs on the list I haven’t quite got round to yet – recent minor scratch to N/S rear wheel arch whilst parked recently (will buff out – not dented), Alcantara Headlining cloth has just started to sag – quite straightforward to glue back up, internal clip on boot hazard triangle storage flap dropped inside boot lid, centre arm rest cover has a damaged hinge (just means you need to be careful when opening and closing it). Minor advisories on last MOT for brake hoses.
