BFB head dead

Hello,

I'm hoping for a little help, I have a 2003 a4 1.8 T cab that has suffered oil starvation and knackered the cams. The engine still runs and the bottom end seems ok.

I am having trouble locating a reasonably priced bare BFB engine and was hoping someone may be able to advise if a head from another Vag engine would be compatible.
