Balance Shaft Delete

Hi does anyone know of any garages in central Scotland that will fit the 1.9 oil pump kit to delete the balance shaft thanks

im also on the look out for someone that can/has done this before or at least have the balance shaft replaced. im in elgin but can travel to the glasgow and surrounding areas.
