Baby car seat in a A4 Cab (B6)

Hi all, just thought I would share my success at finding a forward facing car seat for my little one that fits just about perfect in the back seat of my car without any rear headrest issues.

I got one of these, a little on the pricey side but well worth it as the seat rotation makes it so easy to get the little one in and out.

Great and agree looks good..... little bubba likes sitting in his car seat now as he outgrew the rear facing one and always wanted to turn round and look towards the front lol

We purchased a new rear facing one that works for up to 4 years or 18kg rearwards facing. Maxi Cosi Pearl.

Only problem is the seat, in rearwards position is enormous!

Yeah that was one of the reasons I wanted a forward facing one especially in this car and the Maxi Cosi Tobi works a treat and fits the little one well. Not all the seats sit flush against the back of the rear seats due to the headrests I believe.

The Pearl base doesn't actually fit that well the back of my S4 Avant as the rear seats are quite narrow and hugging, meaning the back of the base doesn't sit flush to the back of the seat. I'll try and get a pic to explain.

Misses wanted rearward facing for as long as possible as supposedly safer. Damn seat cost £375 and I needed a base for my car at another £175!
