Fresh from having the oil pump/balance shaft work done I've now noticed that my B7 is making an odd noise when depressing the clutch to change up the gears...and typically I've cancelled my warranty now!!
It's sort of like a whirring/rattling noise, mostly noticeable when changing up from 2nd into 3rd or 3rd into 4th and then less noticeable.It's almost like something carries on rotating when it shouldn't be.
Does it sound like the clutch is knackered or is this a classic case of the DMF being on it's way out??
