Audi S5 5 spoke wheels 19"

I have just bought a set of these rims from a friend,
My first question would be.. how much are these worth without the tyres?
The tyres don't have much tread on them so I'm planning to buy new ones anyway and the rims could do with a refurb but aren't disastrous either.
Second question... what would be the best tyre size to put on these with the b7 audi a4 1.8t s line? I know that 225/35 tyres would fit fine but I've heard allot of complaints and that maybe 235/35 would be better. I'm not entirely sure 235/35 would fit without any rubbing.
So can someone please give me some sound advice before I go out and spend on some premium tyres.

Ok, ignoring the first question can anyone at least help with the second

you are best off knowing what width and off set the wheels are before you choose the tyre's, check the backs of the wheels they will say something like 8.5 J/ e 46, if the wheels a to wide 225's may be a little stretched when fitted or 255's will rub ? you need to find that out before must will know what to suggest,

also when you know the sizes off them and your old wheels and tyres try this site its good for seeing if they'll go on

well by the look of it mate both tyre size's you've mentioned will go on and will fit your car its just down to what you want, 235's will offer a bit more grip but a bit more road noise, i have 19's on mine with 235/35's on and they are fine for me not as bad as i thought they might be

no probs mate, i only just got my new wheels sorted and had to look around for a long time before i found the ones i wanted in a size i could get on the car as i wanted a deep wider wheel
