Audi A7 audi system upgrade

Hi guys, I am looking to upgrade the speakers and sound processor in my A7. I have tech pack high MMI 3g+ but have the stock speaker system.

Can anyone suggest an upgrade option part list or recommend a good installer. The Base system is really lacking.

Any suggestions info appreciated.
