Audi a6 c5 tdi quattro front discs

Hi, i'm new to this forum, i only just bought my first audi and i need to change the front discs, i got some new ones but when i took the old ones of i noticed that the new ones are a bit smaller, i meajured them and old once are 313 mm new ones are 288mm, have i bought the wrong ones or the old ones are some sort of upgrade?, will the smaller ones still do the job or should i take them back and ask for the wright size? The car is a 2002 2.5 tdi quqttro estate sportsline

Mariane, i-ti trebuie discuri 312mm diametru...

The 312 is the s-line upgrade and also there is the 321 which I have on my World Cup edition that is fitted on the S6. The 288 is the regular standard. It'll work but if you can return them do so and go for the 312x25mm or if you can, try out the 321x30mm.
