Audi A6 1.9TDi Indicator & Rear wiper issues

Hi,
Been rquested by my dad to ask you lot if you had any ideas what may be wrong with his car.
First issue is the indicators, the work for a while, then kind of double click and then just stay on (not flashing), would this be the relay?
Next is the rear wiper & motor. It stopped working a couple of weeks ago, I changed the fuse but no luck.

yes defo relay, which is the hazard light switch as its all one unit, make sure u order correct one as mine has 12 pins as opposed to 7 i thinks the others are... and about 15-20 quid...... not sure on your rear wiper tho....
