Audi A5 2.0 TFSI 252 Quattro S Line 2dr S Tronic tickover question

Hi

I've had my TFSI 252 Quattro S Line 2dr S Tronic A5 for a couple of weeks now and really love the car (6 month old ex demo ), coming from my old 2012 A5 diesel Black Edition Coupe the 2.0 TFSI petrol engine is so smooth and quite.

But when I start it up when cold the engine seem to feel like its missing a bit on on tick over . but it seems fine when I pull off and accelerate

what's everyone's else TFSI engine like on tick over

Missing what exactly? Have you opened the bonnet and took a look whilst it's been turned on, just so you can hear the Engine running in neutral and on start up. I'd be more worried if you had induced shaking or a struggle to idle.

Misfire would trigger an engine fault warning. It's more likely just the HP fuel injectors.
Mine is the 190hp TFSI and sounds incredibly smooth compared to almost anything, almost "hissy" on idle it's so quiet. But then I am used to BMW diesels before this ha
