Audi A4 avant b7 quattro tdi

Hi guys a friend of mine has just had his dpf and engine management light come on at the same time. He said that they both come on after 10mins of driving. Any ideas?

How does the car drive? sounds like the DPF is choked and could need a re-gen, get it to a garage ASAP and get it sorted before it's too late

My DPF got clogged and it screwed my turbo. Defo worth getting it gutted and deleted out the ECU
