I bought my A3 in 2011 with the RNS- E and Bose installed from factory . I hardly listen to the radio but when I did it would pick up all the stations but sometimes the signal quality was poor . I never thought anything of it and now I am out of warranty I regret not taking to it to Audi .
I got a W7 installed last month and since then my signal has got even worse . I can barely get any stations now and live in London so the problem must be with the car .
I was wondering if my roof antenna was defective since I got the car. I found one on eBay that is brand new but am not sure if if that is where the problem lies .
Does anyone have any advice or similar issues ?
