Hi

As the title suggests I wanted to know some opinions to whether these two A6s listed below are worth considering?

Shared/Same Spec:
  • 2.0 TDI and produce 170 BHP
  • Saloon and FWD
  • Both have 85k on the clock

The 2009 Model:
  • Asking for £6,000
  • Manual transmission
  • Grey
  • S Line Le Mans
  • 4 Stamps in service book
  • Major service + cambelt and waterpump is due (About £800)
  • Tyres need replacing in about a couple of months

The 2010 Model:
  • Asking for £6900
  • Multitronic transmission (Just serviced)
  • Black
  • S Line Special Edition
  • 6 Stamps in service book
  • Major service + cambelt/waterpump + Dualmass flywheel + Clutch (all done)
  • Tyres need replacing in about a couple of months

I don't know which one to go for guys, any help is appreciated guys, I'm a manual-transmission guy but again the lack of service and maintenance has let the car down a bit...

Thanks

I'd probably go manual and avoid the multitronic.
From what I've seen on here the tiptronic is the auto box to go for.

Either would be fine, if the multitronic has been serviced. Just remember that the multitronic needs servicing every 40K miles.

Test drive both and see which you prefer.
