I have a white A6 50, almost new. I would like to get it wrapped in something like that BMW solid blue colour( sky blue on 3M colour charts). Maybe it’s a question for the dealer but how would that affect warranty and resale value ?
Anyone had a wrapped car- any problems with car washes or even a repair after a small ding ? And are the wraps truly removable ?

I have mine wrapped. Chrome deletion, satin grey and front side window tint.
You should let the DVLA know about the change of colour.
It won’t affect resale value as it is fully removable. In fact, it will protect the paintwork for when you do sell it.
You absolutely shouldn’t put it through a car wash. Hand wash only. And if you really care about it, non contactless or at least a PH neutral wash.
Repairing it is possible, it will ding from stone chips etc. Can sometimes be heated up and stretched but not always.

I have my chrome wrapped in black. Like b1nuzz says above it is removable and will protect the paint
