Saw this plate surround on another members car but cant find them anywhere, any thoughts?

Mate..I'm not sure but if you look close enough it looks like its been stuck on to the original dealer surround..or is it just me? . I can just see the edge of the sticker or whatever it is.

Hi Shane

Dont know wheter you want the quote specifically in that writing but if you want to spend £20 on a new set of plates you could find a similar writing that and type it in the slogan area at the bottom i did this with my plates but just typed my second name. I got my plates from the below site.
