I don't know a lot about this engine but I think this part is a vacuum pump.

Hi, you think it's a vacuum pump, so it won't hold any oil then, is that right.

Inside pump any there aren't oil but it is moved with camshaft. This part can contain some oil if your car have broken the gasket.

Hi Rav, well I have a drip of oil, I started looking under side, but no leak from there, then I looked upward and there was oil on the water pipe underneath the vacuum, then I saw oil collecting on the vacuum, so i'll strip the air intake and front engine cover off and have an inspection, thanks for answering my question, cheers.
