any issues fitting S3 alloys for 2011 A1 S line?

My brother has an A1 and currently has standard 17 inch alloys with 215/40R17 potenza tyres on there. I have a 2011 S3 with 18 inch alloys 225/40R18 continentals on it.

Anyone got an A1 with these wheels or even similar? any issues on stock or lowered A1's? He wants my alloys and I want new ones
