Alignment problem

Started having issues with the front wheel alignment on my S3 8V (19", drive select, 40k miles).

Front alignment is only lasting 2-3 weeks before been noticeably bad. Local independent VAG garage gave it detailed once over and subsequent 4 wheel alignment 2 weeks ago but I can already feel it's out.

Garage is quite confident there's wrong with any steering / suspension components, but I'm quite certain there's an underlying mechanical issue (ie a worn bushing or bent swayarm etc).

Has anyone experienced a peculiar braking behavior during the bedding-in process, such as inconsistent braking performance or unusual noises, with their Audi vehicle? If so, what could be the possible causes and recommended solutions to address this issue?
