Hi all,

I am trying to fit an aftermarket stereo, am I correct in thinking there is no way around the switched live issue and it definitely needs to be taken from the fuse board?

OE stereo is switched by CANBUS communications, to switch this off the key you do need to take it from the fuse box...

Sorted fella, went into the green and black wire in the fuse box. All works perfectly. However there is not enough bass for my liking!! lol

Thanks chap. I just went into the wire I was told too by the local audio centre. Works a treat and is fused.
