Had my A5 Sportback now for just under 2 months. Left the car in a car park today and when I returned the drivers door window had dropped about a quarter open. Got in the car, started the engine and pressed the window button to close window, no problem. When I got to my next stop as I opened the door the window opens again by a quarter instead of the 10 mm required. Window won’t shut unless you are in the car with the engine running. Any advice ?

Aren't frame-less doors a delight?

Turn Car on, (Ignition only)

Windows Down and then back up

Once back the top, hold the switch up for 5-10 seconds

Let go and turn ignition off.

Reset Complete and positions reset.

OR

1) Hold windowbutton to open it fully.
2) release button
3) fully press and hold the button again for ~10 seconds.
4) repeat in the other direction.

You've just saved me a reluctant trip to the dealership. Thanks!
