A5 cab heated seats - drivers side back element only

Wife has a my19 a5 cab sline with heated seats. Can went in for extended warranty check. I’m told the heated element on the back of the drivers side doesn’t work. It’ll be fixed under warranty. Is it correct that only the drivers side has this heating element on the back and butt? The passengers seat definitely only heats from the bottom. We always thought the car only heated our butts. Seems weird Audi would only fit a full heated seat for the driver only.

Surely someone could tell me if they have heated seats. Does the drivers side only have bum and back heating whilst the passengers has only has bum heating

My A4 cab, both seats have base and back heat. I can't imagine the A5 being any different.
