A4 2.0tdi BLB running issues.

Hi guys, I have been reading on posting on another thread, regarding misfire/judder around 2000rpm. No other problems apart from this. So fae I have changed duel filter, new EGR valve and stripped / cleaned inlet manifold.
No change in the juddering.
My ECU is 03G906016GN and my software version is 9618.
Been reading various places about ECU update to change EGR values. Does anyone know is this is applicable to my car?

Sorry to bump this post but im lost now.
I have since replaced MAP sensor and carried out oil service. No difference made to performance. Had car on the computer last week and the only anomoly we could see was the torsion value was at -2.0KW ....now i know it says the tolerance is between -6 and +6 so i would have thought that this is ok. The tech suggested we set this to 0 or as close to it. Does anyone have any other suggestions ?
