Hi everybody,

We have a 2006 petrol Audi A3 (2.0 fsi SE 3dr automatic).

We bought it in 2013 and have regularly had it serviced annually until now.
Our annual mileage is 9,300 miles; current total mileage is around 80K.

Should I continue to get it serviced annually or can I increase the service interval?
Recently both retired and looking to make some savings here/there where we can,
hence the question.

Appreciate your opinion.

Thanks,

bern

My opinion is that you don't need to routinely have it serviced annually if you don't want to, so could increase the interval to at least 18 months with no detrimental effect. Also I wouldn't be following the manufacturers service schedule for a car of this age......simply renew oil and filters.
It is not expected to have a full service history on a vehicle of this age so this will not affect the value of it, although I'm thinking this is possibly not overly important to you.
It is an old car now so you have to ask yourself how much longer you are expecting to keep it...but if it is still in good running order and not continually costing you money then it should be good for a while yet. :)
