Facelift A3 S-Line Rear diffuser retrofit

hi , i have a quaestion , i have the Sport hatchback Facelifted
i want to install the rear S-Line diffuser .... (dual pipes)
will it fit straight in the Sport part position?
or il need the whole rear bumber?
