Are you having a giraffe there's an adaptor available?
I tried soo many places to get an adaptor for my headlights, audi said it was impossible, you needed a new loom! Made my own adaptors in the end, not as good as these though as I couldn't be ***** to buy the plugs.
 
only problem is its on german ebay and they go for around 40 quid so bit more exspensive than making one yourself lol
