Hi All,

Just a quick post because I'm supposed to be getting ready for the drinks at Swindon Audi. Just wanted to say it was nice to meet those of you who were there when we eventually arrived. I've got a few alright photos of the day to go online - I'll get some posted up later...

Day didnt start well for me as I woke up well late and missed the 8.00am meet. Didn't let that put me off though as the weather was lovely and I made it to CC in good time. Really impressed with the variety of cars on show and spent a few hours admiring them, heres a few pics and a cool vid...

















































 
Yup FactionOne and Ming Blue arrived just before 4pm. I left shortly after to make a long trek back up north. It's been great meeting you guys.











































 
was a great day although when i popped over to the stand there was no one about, still i took quite a lot of track shots later on and in the picture of the S8 above i am on the far right by the open door
 
I didn't go this year having been disappointed by Inters yet again this year; plus the Autometrix track day in July was also really quiet.
Looks like it might have been worth the trip! Doh!

I think the weather helped Jas, last year was wet until after 12 and the year before was freezing! This kinda made up for the disappointment of GTI Inters also, get your a$$ down there next time and head for the track, just one session(£40 this year) was fun enough.

What an awesome day...can you believe it was t-shirt weather in October??? Great turnout, great people, great event....roll on next year!
 
Firstly thanks to JoJo for organising this well done mate
I had such a great day and I got to be a passanger in the black RS6 (tried to convince him i should drive but he was having none of it) I even got free Audi water

It was nice to meet you all and lovely to see all the cars in the flesh especially yellowgti. Im loving that green guys

It definatly made up for a not so good GTI international.
Lets hope it just keep getting better.
 
My 2 pence worth...for now!!! I knew everyone would be snapping away so i went for "arty farty" shots.

Please bear in mind these are "my" attempts. The wife is the photographer and we are still ploughing through 16gb of pictures that she took!









 
Nice pics dood, youve got a talent for it, unlike me who always chops off ppls legs/face/arms, what ever gets in the way

Wow some excellent pics there, looks like i really missed a good day out, going to have to be done next year.
