Best/cheapest OBD scan tool?

Hi all,

I have some issues with my A6 C7 and would like to run a scan and fault codes from the car.

Would do you recommend is a good, economical scan tool? I came across OBDeleven and VCDS (expensive!).

I've used this
CARISTA
since having the A6 with no issues.

£30 for a years subscription after the free trial.
