Hi guys, I've got an S3 2011 and am upgrading the navigation plus to an aftermarket stereo. Giving it an attempt the stereo worked but I have no sound from my speakers. After a bit of research I realised there are multiple different systems for A3/S3 but cannot find any information on how to get to work or what I need?
It's not a Bose system.
Has a quadlock and 32pin amp connector

I'm struggling to find the adapters I need? If anyone can help please?

Sounds like your amp wire isn't connected, you haven't advised which head unit you're fitting.

It's a pioneer SPH-DA230DAB.
Is this the amp wire you are on about?

Ahhhh. I have fitted this unit before, you'll need to link the amp wire from the quad lock to the head unit wire.

Are you using the connects2 can module?

I went to Halfrauds for the wiring harness, their ‘audio expert’ asks you a series of questions from drop down boxes then tells you what you need. Mine came in at £82 but I have full Bose and MFSW, not cheap but plug and play without any interference.

Finally got sound! Replaced the connects 2 leads for incartec ones, they support bose and rnse.

But steering control and back to front. Up is down and down is up
One problem after another!
