Yeah they’ve already told me they’ll price match, I’ve managed to get it down to £324 via ALAJust out of interest I got a quote from ALA and Audi price matched it, was a nice surprise

Got some joy here but a struggle. Will reveal all after it has been fixed.I've got an interesting test of their goodwill. The wife's S3 just rolled over 4 years old so out of warranty but always serviced and MOT'd at Audi. I rarely drive it but noticed recently the top mounts are knocking which was a warranty item on my RS3. Mentioned it to them at last service and even went out with a Tech. Both he and Audi tried to use every possible alternative expression other than top mounts when explaining what it could be! I'll test their resolve by asking for it to be done

ALA has been a great company to deal with so far. Purchased form them last week, and a very pleasant follow up phone call, and it's all been seamless. I accidentally put in the wring value of my car when I ordered and they updated within hours by email, and didn't charge me for it... unlike my insurers who demanded £30!
Thanks again for the code, it was over £200 cheaper than I was quoted from my dealer.
Hopefully they will add scratch and dent insurance again soon.
