I have an S3 8L 1.8T with a GT2871 setup currently running a T25 exhaust housing. I am going to change to an ATP cast manifold with v-band fittings, a custom made down pipe and a Garrett v-band turbine housing.
I would like to hear what A/R size housing people are running with a similar setup. This is my fun daily driver, options are 0.57 and 0.72.
I would think the smaller the better as it will spool quicker but would that ruin the top end power? As it's a daily I don't normally rev it to the limiter anyway, only coming onto motorways etc.
