Not going to bother with how to strip the door card its covered loads of places, so....
We start with the speaker in the door, this is front left (all 4 doors are the same)
Literally, just the clip at the top to unclip and the three screws to get it out of the door, note the colour of the wires, solid is + the striped is - (again all the doors are same layout but different coloured wires)
Once out of the door you have this unit, the speaker is actually part of the housing
So to reuse this we have some breaking to do, go round with a pair of pliers and snap all the spokes carefully to snap near the outer rim and ideally don't damage the wires although if they snap no problem just easier to solder with more length
Flip over and cut around the foam so you can drop the old speaker out
Solder (or crimp) in your spade connectors, making a note of which is + or - on this view left is +
Test fit:
Drill 4 pilot holes for the self-tapping screws that will hold your speakers into the enclosure, obviously make sure you don't put one of the holes through the connector block, I say obviously but I very nearly did
All back together now fit in your car
