3.0 TDI Exhaust Pressure Sensor

Hi all,
I have a 3.0TDI CCWA engine which went into limp mode yesterday with a flashing glow plug light.
I scanned it and there were 3 codes.
DPF efficiency
Transmission in limp mode
exhaust pressure sensor signal implausible

I figured the pressure sensor must be goosed, I've since unplugged it and plugged it back in, blown down the impulse line to make sure its clear and ordered a new sensor.

Does anyone know if this is a plug and play sensor or if there is anything I need to do with software to make it work?

Should just work - for completeness you could reset the adaption.

It's in, did the zero set through basic settings and all is happy in the world of my car again, phew! It felt expensive when it first happened.
