Signature too long?????

Anyone have any idea why I would keep getting this message when I'm trying to <font color="red">shorten</font> my sig?? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

If the sig length allowed has changed since you did your sig, then no matter how u edit it, unless its below the maximum characters, it wont allow you... Count the characters in it 9remember spaces are characters too!)
