Post Pics Of Your A4/S4 B9 In Here

Very nice, any chance of interior pics of the pan roof with the shades open/closed? Asking for a friend, well, me

Sorry it took a couple of days but here are the requested pics, hope they are what you’re after.

Perfect, that sunroof is huuuge! Can't wait to get mine
Haha yes it is pretty big, only the rear passengers benefit from it really but it’s still nice to have it open when you put your foot down!!

It's a proper panoramic roof that the saloon misses out on, yet they can fit one to the A3 saloon. ...

Winters on. Just needs a good clean! Also really tempted to lower the car, got comfort suspension. How easy is it to change the springs?

I know what you mean about lowering. That flat part of the arch between the lip and the flare, especially on dark cars, gives the visual impression of a massive gap between the arch and the tyre.

especially with theses 17" alloys. Might also get some spacers for them. Using Willtheyfit.com, they sit 11.4mm further into the car. Anyone used Spacers?

I have but not on the A4. Few on here have though. Had them on my A3 8P a few years back now. No issues.

I run 12mm all round with no issues, just remember to use extended wheel bolts!

Subject to controversy and debate last summer, my favorite parking place in the hotel car park:

Hello! new here. Got my A4 B9 about 2 months ago. Seeing all your guys' ones makes me wish I splurged our for the S-Line trim though I'm thinking about finding and retrofitting the S-Line front and back bumpers. Other than that, shes pretty well specc'ed

Looks good!!
did you fit yourself? difficult?
Yes fitted it myself - not the easiest thing i have ever done.. having trouble with parking sensors so now need to fiddle with those. Also if you do it, dont disconnect the airbag sensor in the crash foam as it brings up an airbag fault which i had to have cleared at a garage.

That's interesting because I disconnected my airbag sensor and had no issue at all. Did you start the car with it disconnected or something?

No i didnt start the car - are the airbags not live all the time i.e. sat in the car which is turned off and someone smashes into you the airbags will go off???
Not a biggy really as long as you can clear it

No idea. I imagine that they wouldn’t be live if the car had been off with all the doors shut for a certain amount of time? Or some other parameters. Doubt the airbags would go off if it was parked outside your house and got smashed into. But I can’t confirm that or anything.

They are live and store a charge general rule is battery disconnected and wait an hour or so for them to discharge

That’s interesting because I definitely didn’t do that!

I managed to wash mine yesterday and took a few pics. Much happier with it now its clean. I used Autoglymn Magma on it and couldn't believe how much iron particles there were on the paint. Well worth doing for those who have just taken delivery.

Morning all.
Just joined forum.
From Australia - Canberra. Been long time VAG user through Golfs various and my wife's Tiguan R Line.
Became an Audi owner first with SQ5 TDi, then RSQ3 Performance and most recently something more age appropriate - an S4.
Had it about a month and very impressed; it has all the stuff minus sports diff and sports seats.
After too long in SUVs and hatches I had forgotten how well a decent Euro sports sedan drives.

Here’s a couple of potatocam shots I took of my 2017 B9 S4 Saloon that I picked up a few days ago.

Absolutely love the car! By the way, that puddle next to it, came home to find that the wife had spilt Adblue over the driveway!
