Anyone able to help remove bumper around Heathrow?

Im looking to change fog lights and bumper needs removing!! I tried but not confident enough i will do it. Anyone around the area with experience willing to help and I will sort them out? Heathrow area.

Do you have an sline? If so bumper doesn't need to come off as the screws are behind the fog grills

I do but it seems the bumper is not like the S Line one as i cannot pull off the fog grills. It has the plastic cover if that makes any sense.

Take a look at this, there are tabs at the back of grilles to release them. Not sure if cab slines are different ( looks like you have a cab?)

I do have a cab and unfortunately my fog grill is not like that

They may still just pull of, most Audis do. Have you tried?
