Do any A4 or A6 seats fit straight into a 2003 A3 ?

The leather sports seat is killing me and i would like to fit bigger ones ,or any that dont have the reinforcement bar in the side support sections of the base as they seem to squeeze me ,anyone else had this problem if you spend a long day in the seat?

[I am this iwant to be this i feel like doing this to the Audi dealer and doing this over to vw only to get this before i come back like this he face will be and he'll run off ....maybe...... ]


ps. I presume the sports seats are narrower than normal... ??
