boost gauge 30 in hg??

I fitted a boost gauge on my A3 1.8t AGU engine and with the standard blow off valve it idled on 0 and boosted to 6psi on the gauge.
Today I fitted a resirc valve, but noticed it now idles 30 in hg and only boosts to 4 psi!!
the valve comes with 3 different springs to fit, all different tensions, what one is best to fit, least tense or most tense??

it should idle around 20-22hg, and it should make about 8psi boost.

Fit a standard factory DV and go from there.

so what would you say to the fact its idling at 30? and iv lost boost??

boost gauge 30 in hg??
