Facelift 2019 CarPlay retrofit

Hey, my brand new A3 sport should arrive on january, it comes with MMI2 low variant - No oem CarPlay.
Are there any recommended adapters that I can buy which works the best?
Searching online I saw too many variants \ models with different prices.

It's important that they will work good and use original car's microphone + work with the OEM reverse camera installed by my dealership

For the most part ASI (Audi Smartphone Interface) can be retro-activated but it looks like going 3rd party is your only option as ASI is officially showing as not valid for both your VIN and MMI system. I would search eBay and Aliexpress for "Apple CarPlay Box" and see what turns up. Systems seem to range from £150 to £400. The dongles which you will see, £50'ish, cannot be used with our cars.
