2018 A6 TV help

Picked up my new A6 last month, went with the 2.0 TFSI engine, amazing, I was hoping for some help, Audi parts seem confused.

I have the factory TV installed which works great, however there is an option for external AV input, the manual says its an extra cable that needs to be fitted by the dealership, except 2 Audi garages I called here in the UK were stumped and said they need to contact Germany, but no calls back.

If anyone with the knowledge knows the part number of the cable I need that would be great.

Ah thanks I thought it could be that one, do you know if it's easy to get power as well? I'd like to try and hook up a Google chromecast dongle to it.

You would have to run a power cable from the rear fuse box.
