2016 Avant Ultra Boot Spoiler Loose

I noticed the other day cleaning the car that the boot spoiler is loose on the passenger side allowing it to be manipulated, while the driver side is fixed snug as I’d expect.

Is it a case of tightening a bolt up, or is it a bit of a process to get it fixed in place again?

Would appreciate if anyone point me in the right direction!

Ideally need to remove the trims to see the underside, its probably got 2 bolts holding on, they also have on most, a thin layer of 1-2mm double sided tape that helps to hold position & no scratches, movement as such against the surfaces, only 1 way to find out.
