Interesting. Without configuring wonder if lava grey is still available for any model from the standard Audi swatch and not exclusive?
Unfortunately not - My first A3 2.0T Quattro in 2005 was Lava Grey - Cracking Colour

Agree we nearly had Lava but due to dealer **** up ended up with our first of many Phantom Black Audis. . Timeless and practical. Nearest to Lava I reckon is Daytona.
Had many Phantom Blacks since with a Deep Sea Blue in the middle - just like the dark colours
Going for Estoril this time - Just for a change - Panther Black was right up there of course along with Phantom again but don't know just fancied a change
Main thing it's a brilliant car and colours are each to your own
Ordered mine on the 7th dec
Confirmed build week 8
March delivery
You've done well - I'm build week 5 just confirmed and ordered last week of September

Did you order to get a March delivery? I ordered mine mid Sep and the car was built at the start of Dec.
I've just seen what I think was an Estoril blue SQ5 in Waitrose (where else..) car park.
Well, I'd reevaluate those comments if I were you. Based on your own comments, your driving style is the reason for your corner-exit understeer -- pinning the throttle on corner exit with steering lock dialed in is a no-no on any AWD car if you are interested in going fast. I would suggest some HPDE instruction.Loved the comment from the bloke who said it was driving style not the car that induced the understeer.... Rose tinted spectacles methinks. I know the car is flawed in standard trim, but I'm going to go with the deal and resolve the new s3 into a real all wheel drive weapon.
Just been informed that my car is with the dealer. They are going to get in touch on Monday to arrange collection.
Kinda excited now.....just need to get off of this oil rig.
is this with Aberdeen Audi, and how does this compare with your original build week? I was quoted build week 10 when ordering late October, I've been trying to get an update from them, but no reply so far!Just been informed that my car is with the dealer. Agreed, as with any front wheel drive car, or bias to the front wheels, it is slow in fast out but not too much throttle mid corner. If it looks slow then you are probably doing it correctly...
Ordered it in Daytona grey, was tempted to get estoril blue but the look of it seems to change an a lot depending on the levels of sunlight
Nice spec, As Daytona is nominally a s-line only colour, assume you have had to spec this colour as an exclusive ca£2000 option?
Midnight Blue?? Don't know that colour apart from Ford circa 1970's
Three colours from the wheels I've seen so far. Personally i like the Polished Gunmetal, they're similar to the Standard S3 wheels i think.
at around £500 for 18s, plus shipping not too bad!
Hyper Polished
Nah only 2 companies in France.
Agree the hyper silver would look good especially with dark colours
I love how the silver wing mirrors pop on the estoril!

Is that £500 per wheel or full set?!
