Due to the arrival of child number 4 I’m looking to trade in my A6 for a Q7 3.0 TDI S-Line. Most likely a 2009-2011 model. I note that there was a facelift in 2009 and also an improved engine with better fuel consumption. What I’m not clear on is whether the two go hand in hand? I.e. If it’s a facelift model does that mean it has the newer engine too?
Also, any known issues I should be aware of with these engines/models?
