2008 Audi A4 2.0T B7 engine rebuilding

Rebuilding the B7 engine on 2008 Audi A4. Has triptronic trans and is S line. It also has a mod installed to bring it to AWD. we are replacing the oil pump with a 1.8T conversion kit for this engine. All New piston heads, rings ,wrist pins, bearings all around. I need to KNOW. What type of oil for engine break-in. Is it okay to use full synthetic immediately and how soon after build do I change it out. I am looking at this build over the weekend. Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday complete. Any pointers on the rebuild is most welcomed. I will be posting photos of the engine rebuild as it progresses.
