2005 PASSAT TDI STEERING TORQUE SENSOR FAULT

PASSAT TDI 2005 55 PLATE BKC ENGINE

got this code below.......however steering is working fine,just got the yellow steering light on..........Ive NOT checked the fuses yet.........What and Where is TERMINAL 15 ????

This happened after a flat battery,no other fault codes on the car....... (did full scan) only got the 1 fault: 00573 - Steering Torque Sensor (G269): Implausible Signal

CANT POST SCAN AS BATTERY DIED AFTER I READ IT ALL.........(CRAP LAPTOPS LOL)
