2.5tdi v6 180hp mods

Hi guys I have just blown my turbo on my avant v6 tdi or at least an oil feed or return pipe as its pi**ing out oil ,so in light of my newly developed problem im thinking of upgrading the turbo and changing the injector nozzles to Iveco truck ones as I read on another forum that you can use ones off them trucks but my question is has anyone done these mods to theirs and also does anyone know what model truck to get the nozzles off ? also what sort of turbo to go for I would preferably want something that will be as retro fit as possible any help will be greatly appreciated and valued . I know these engines are hard to get power from but think doing these will help im not after masses of power but something a little better than it is .
