2.0tdi won't start after filling up

Hey guys,

Just wondering if anyone has experienced this problem yet ? basically been doing it every time I fill up at the shell garage.. lock my car, pay the lady, get back into the car and then try and start but no joy.. just keeps cutting out. after 20 times of trying.. it fires up and is fine then.. runs and starts fine all week until the fill up..

I will put VCDS through it tomorrow but thought i would see if anyone else has experienced it ?

I'm thinking it might be crap in the tank or something..

How low do you let the fuel go before filling mate?

mite be just the intake/manifold flap getting stuck mate....everytime you stop,bit of a coincidence.

Dirt in the tank that is getting swirled up when you refill. I have had this before on two different vehicles. You need to take the tank off and drain it then rinse out and refill with clean fuel. Change the fuel filter too.
