2.0TDI A3 Oil Change.

Hi All, im going to change the oil and filter this weekend for the 1st time on my 54reg A3 2.0TDI. Just a couple of questions, what oil would people recommend me using, and how many litres will i need?
Also, is it as simple as doing on any other car, or is there anything i will need to look out for, or any special 'Audi' tools that ill need?

I use Shell Helix Ultra Extra 5w30 (you can get Castrol Edge or any other brand). When you drain the oil completely 3.8 liters should go back in.
