2.0 tdi engine noise

It's on my list as the gear changes to me ain't as smooth as I think they should be but I'll let it get worse before I spend a grand on it lol

Well if it is your flywheel you can tell my putting your foot on the clutch when stationary. The guy ask me to do this and the knocking noise stopped totally. Took 5 secs to diagnosis and quote me the grand!
