Hi Guys

I just wanted to know if there is a way to see what your LCD on your cluster is displaying on Vagcom, Mine needs replacing but I would like to see what its showing error wise when I turn the ignition on.

Thank you.

You can't view it on VCDS, you can test the DIS screen output I think, but if you scan the car, it will show any faults anyways.

Im not getting any fault codes, its just annoying when I put the ignition on, get the beep and cant see what the warning is.

Will try some small checks on headlights next, perhaps a faulty bulb.

At this time of year, it's probably the frost on ground warning. Is it just blinking yellow, and you can't make out what it is?

Its the lower half of the LCD that warns about bulbs and so on, I doubt it would be the frost warning thou its about 35 degrees here currently in south africa, could it be anything related to self leveling on the headlights?
