130 and 150 BHP differences

What is the difference between the 130 and 150 BHP engines?
Turbo and ECU map must be different, right? Anything else?
What is the turbo fitted to the 130, and what is the turbo fitted to the 150?

I believe the 150 bottom end is stronger than the 130

yeah thought the 150 and 160 pd tdi engines have upgraded pistons and teh like.
